Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Senior Leadership Teams of our business units, you will be required to effectively build the people and culture capability for our organization, own and execute strategies for but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development and performance management.

What you will be doing:

  • Values and Culture: Help promote our company values throughout our offices and ensure that all decisions, programs, and processes are aligned with our core belief.
  • Workforce Planning: Partners with the people managers to understand and execute workforce and talent strategy which relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop a recruitment strategy and execute on it by working closely with each business unit head. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for position openings. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, which includes resume searching, phone screening, interview, reference checks and job offer.
  • Employee Onboarding: Work cross functionally to create an employee onboarding process that ensures the success of new hires.
  • Professional Development: Build scalable professional development programs that aid in growing our team’s capabilities and drive employee retention.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Performance Management: Lead and facilitate performance programs in the organization such as performance appraisal exercise, performance improvement plan, probation performance, peers to peers’ feedback, performance check in meeting.
  • Disciplinary: Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Provides support and guidance to management, people managers and employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • Employee Experience: Create and nurture a teamwork and motivating working environment by organizing teambuilding activities and implement initiatives that promote the culture. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding process for new joiners and leavers. Effective implementation of human resources practices and functions that are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
  • Payroll, Leave & Budgeting: Perform and oversee monthly payroll processing and submission of statutory contributions in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. HR budgeting with management and finance for group and subsidiary companies, to determine the organization’s future HR activities/initiatives, recruitment, employee benefits and other HR related operating costs.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 6 to 8 years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities.

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to take the lead in client acquisition and all sales efforts in the area of live commerce. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, hitting our sales targets, and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will be reporting to the General Manager.

What you will be doing:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully onboarding new clients for the business.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure majority market share and strong presence in Malaysia.
  • Review and analyse sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales subordinate(s).
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results on a periodic bases / when necessary.
  • Understand the business and its ideal customer profiles – work on the most suitable product offerings and value proposition for customers.
  • Maintaining the sales funnel and working towards generating new lead sources and expanding the target customer base.
  • To give feedback on customer behaviour and feedback through user interview, experiments, and data analyses for both buyers and sellers.
  • Work cross functionally alongside other departments on lead acquisition for a diverse range of merchants from key accounts to agencies to partners in a scalable way.
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities – meeting potential clients and delivering sales pitches on a regular basis.

Who we are looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years working as a Sales Manager or Leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and capacity to work independently or as a team player.

  • Has experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects within our team from ideation through to completion. As a Product Owner, you will be working on Netccentric’s product portfolio to support the company’s growth and innovation. You will report and work closely with the Head of Product to create and enhance the company’s products to deliver value to both our clients and businesses.

The work is challenging, fast-paced, and always changing. You must be agile, independent with the ability to differentiate what is needed to solve clients’ pain points and what is needed to provide a user-friendly experience based on business values. You are required to communicate effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

  • Primary contact between the scrum teams, product development department and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritizing them which includes linking user stories to related tasks and updating the documentation space.
  • Oversee all stages of product creation including developing user stories into technical tasks, design, development, UAT and release management.
  • Conduct competitors’ research and determine the clients’ needs to determine which features to include on products.
  • Manage user research, usability testing and post-launch evaluation to ensure the delivery of the product with quality user experience.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a product owner.
  • Strong experience in product development lifecycle and agile processes.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Must be familiar with social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Familiar with wireframing and building flow charts.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the group of companies.
  • Action-oriented with a strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize.

  • Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
